Am- 3.5 miles 

Pm- race at the dirt mile. Felt pretty good! Season pr 19:11. Stayed on rylee for longer than normal so that was good. 3rd on the team

Really great workout. We had the same workout as last week. The 1000's were good we got a bit faster than last week, but stayed packed real well. We switched up leads a lot and it felt good to get going. We ran a 3:55, :59, :44, :38. I felt way good. The 400's were a little slower at a 1:17 and 1:17. But the last 100 was beast. I love the 100, it's the best part of the whole thing. I love it.

Am- 30 easy  then me el and jace and Caroline went and got hot chocolate it was good 

 

Pm- 4.5 miles  we had 8x20 second sunrise tire hills with 10 second recovery  I love this workout!! It is my favorite!!!!! I felt way good and pushed hard 

David Archuleta concert. He is a cool dude. Glad I went

Short long run this morning. 6 miles on mustang pass. Great run, then the temple and sadies. It was a good day. Bayless was the best date

Am- 3.35 miles. Felt great, worked my way Into the run a little bit better today rather than just starting way fast from the get go. It felt good very good and want to try it more often to warm up better. My legs felt better and a great run. 

Pm- 8x200's with like 1? Min recover and then 5 min recover on every other. It was good workout and it felt very solid. 

Stretch and roll and it felt great

Am- 3.5 miles with Alli and Roberts. These are the best mornings, just runnin and chattin

Pm- 3.3 miles easy to neon spider ns^3 meeting on our run today. It was a dope run. We are so wierd, but honestly it's runs like today that I feel super close to the team. I love everyone and we are all hhbm's

Am- 3.3 easy. Good run, felt great. Just chilled 

Pm- warmed up 10 minutes. Just chilled and didn't go as fast with the other girls. I felt good and was in a good mental state. Once the race started I didn't try to push the pace in the beginning. Just chilled for a minute until we got to probably the half mile mark. Then jacey came up to me and said "let's go" and I went with her up to Caroline and Meskerem.  I decided then that I wanted to stay on them and keep going. I stuck in probably 3 steps behind them and surged up to Caroline. We battled it out for a little and then I decided I was gonna go get Meskerem. I never got exactly on her, butt stayed it a good mind set and I didn't give in to my brain. I felt so good and I pushed hard in the end. My mile splits were 5:59 and 5:52. My time was 11:52, which is faster than what I ran at state track in the 3200 last year, so that's good. I had a good race and have some good positive vibes and I'm so excited for Nike. EVERY RUN COUNTS

Pm- 10 minute tempo with 3x800's. I felt very strong today. Our 8's were 2:57,3:04,2:43. It was supposed to get progressively faster, but we started a teeny too fast. It was a very great workout. We packed very well and I could feel the positive vibes. There were some real cute kids who kept high-fiving us and it was adorable. 

Pickle ball at the park. 'Twas rad :)

Me, el, Sylvia, jace and Caroline met at the park and ran. It was a great run and we climbed a mountain. Sylvia is the true mountain goat. We just chatted about running and life and it was a grand time

No morning. 

Dream mile in the afternoon. I didnt feel super ready for the 1600 all day, i tried really hard to be positive, but i kinda dreaded it. I warmed up slow with meskerem and told myself to just do my best and push hard. It was super windy and freezing and we had to run it backwards so that the wind wasnt as bad. We started and i was just going. i didnt want to kill the first part and just stayed with the pack and tried to hang on. On the 2nd lap i told myself that i was going to push the 3rd lap and got ready to pass the pack finishing up the 2nd lap. i passed the pack and found a lot of energy that i didnt know i had. i kept pushing and i felt super good. i pushed strong and on the last little bit i could feel jacey behind me and she passed me with like 120 meters left. i tried to push but i kinda settled even though i know i shouldnt have. she got me by less than a second. I ran a 5;31 with the crazy wind which is pretty great for me. one on my best 1600's on the track!

NXR! Super fun race!! i tried to just kinda relax the first mile but i kinda didnt do exactly what i wanted but taht was ok. i got into a decent spot and in the 2nd mile i felt like i was passing alot. there were so many people it was so wierd. coach said that all the girls were pretty close but i didnt really ever see anybody except rylee a few times. i tried to stay with her the first time i saw her and then i lost her. I kept pusing the 2nd mile and i felt really solid on the 3rd mile until probably the 800 mark. i slowly started just tuning out and kept trying to get into it again. i felt like i was pushing decent on the last stretch but i still got passed by some people. i ended 2nd on the team and i was 6th place. super fun raace and like 29834937493x's funner than last year

AM- me and Alli  had to retake a test in the morning so we went at 6 and a bunch of girls decided to get up early with us which was awesome. Good run but it was cold.

PM- 3xMile repeats with 3 min recovery in between. normally all the varsity girls just do our workouts together but coach had us do it completely off of our own times today. Me and rylee are always super close so we ran together. It was weird not doing it with all the girls together. I felt a bit off today. And it was weird with Meskerem being out in front and not going to go get her. Me and ry ran a 6:31, 6:16 and 5:55. We were pretty much right on our times except the 2nd one was a few seconds slow but it was a solid workout. Yay for thanksgiving break.

Me and Ellie and Caroline and addi ran to our family turkey trot. Ellie invited Caroline. anyways. It was like 15 minutes. Then we ran the turkey trot. I won so that was cool! Scottie was next then Caroline it was fun and I got the family turkey trot plate. Then we finished our run

I really didn't want to do the workout but once I started I felt great. A few girls met at Sullivan and we ran to the dam road and up it and then down. We warned 10 minutes then we did 3x(1000, 3 min recover, and 400, 3 min recover) I felt super good but it was freezing!!!! And also a dog chased us for forever and it was super annoying cuz it kept getting under our feet and stopping in front of us

sandhills. this was probably my most successful sandhill workout ive ever done. i felt so solid on it! we had 2 ups and then and up and a down that was one hard push and then 2 hard down hills.
