I really didn't want to do the workout but once I started I felt great. A few girls met at Sullivan and we ran to the dam road and up it and then down. We warned 10 minutes then we did 3x(1000, 3 min recover, and 400, 3 min recover) I felt super good but it was freezing!!!! And also a dog chased us for forever and it was super annoying cuz it kept getting under our feet and stopping in front of us
