AM 45 after a very very good 11 hour sleep i went for a run with ellie in the late morning. we went 4.8 miles and it felt lovely. i could breathe soo good and i felt very rested
PM 30 me, alli, jacey, caroline, brianna, megan and michael went for a run at nisson park. we went to sanburgs at the end and it is practically empty!!!! it was lame. so we went to the park and sat in the little ditch through the park. caroline stepped on a bee then jacey did like 20 seconds after. it was sad but funny cuz they kept hopping around haha
