55    dirt mile. 4 and a half loops    Felt really good from the get-go. It was fun running with some of the boys today. Roberts ran with us for the first two laps, then the next two he had us do them on our own To help us get the feel for pacing. We had a really solid group for the first four. Then the last half one that I did with with Robert's felt good but the pace slowed a little and we cut across. Super good run
