Long run today. It was pretty good! Most of the time it was me, El, Jace, Ry, Add, and Roberts. we ran up grapevine and down through coral canyon and up telegraph. Then we went through the turf farm and stole some water from prestons hose. We had 4x1:00 minute pickups. I have magical brain power I found out, cuz I guessed the distance we were gonna go- 8.3 miles/75 minutes
