7 miles out and back on the dam road. I felt ok! I took it kinda chill cuz we don't get to do that a lot!

Drove up to the mountain today to do a workout. 2 mile warm, 2.5 miles at 80%, .5 at 5k pace, 3 miles cool. I felt pretty decent today. I started slower than a lot of the girls, but I stayed an equal distance behind the whole time so that was good. The cooldown felt very nice

warmup, 6 out toward the airport. I took it kinda chiller today, cuz i didnt really feel like running 7:00 minute pace. Averaged 7:30. I ran in the back with Morgan and Paul for the first half and then ran the 2nd part with KaSandra. It felt good to just go an average pace.

warmup, and then 2 warmup laps and 3 laps at 60% on the track and then finished the 60% to Home Depot. Its a sad day when you do the same 60% and 80% and you do the 60 a whole minute faster. But that just means i am getting fitter. 

After the 60, we did 5xlong hill repeats. They were long and hard and after, my legs felt like noodles. The fastest girls went up to the mountain today, but coach had me stay this time. I am only supposed to go some of the time.

Warmup, Form mile, and then 8.5 down to the hospital and looped back. Oh boy, today was pretty much the best day of my entire life. WE WERE ALLOWED TO RUN 40% and it was AMAZING. Honestly, probably better than christmas. Averaged an 8:00 minute mile. It was the best cuz my legs are so unbelievably sore. The sorest I have ever been ever and that is not an overstatement. 

PS, athlete study hall is the absolute stupidest thing ever. We have to go 8 hours a week and i am running out of things to do. I am already 3 weeks ahead in all 3 of my online classes, and we have only had study hall for one wee. Whats gonna happen when I finish? thats a darn good question
