It was fun to run and catch up a little. It was hard. I had a tough time breathing for some reason. 8:17 average. Pretty decent for a trail.&nbsp;</p> <p>Went to Durango&rsquo;s for lunch. I forgot how dang good it is&nbsp;</p> <p>3.6 with the PV Girls team. It was fun to catch up mostly with Addi. And fun to meet the new assistant girls coach. Missed coach robs tho, I thought I&rsquo;d see him.&nbsp;</p> <p>Hiit workout after. It was sooooo hard haha but it was fun nonetheless. My foots Buggin a little again.&nbsp;I think it may be my black nike structures. Those are the shoes I wore when it began. It felt soooo nice: my body, the weather, the foot, everything. I was just&nbsp;chillin and wanted to make it 7 without dying and to my surprise when I looked down at my watch I was hitting around 7:05 most of the time. With 2 left I decided I wanted to pick it up a little and make it a quicker finish. 6:30 and 6:35 for the last 2. 6:58 avg.&nbsp;</p> <p>Islands in the stream by Dolly Parton was Stuck in my head the whole time. I felt really good through 6 miles up heartbreak. Stopped at maverick to go to the bathroom. Then&nbsp;i started getting pretty tired the last 2 miles. I was pushing pretty hard but not going anywhere, kinda like those dreams where you&rsquo;re running as fast as you can but are literally not moving an inch.&nbsp;</p> <p>2.5 with Christian. It honestly felt soooooo good today, and I&nbsp;felt a zillion times better than yesterday. Added in 8x30 second pickups as well and those felt really nice. I&rsquo;m getting fitter and I love it!&nbsp;</p> <p>me and christian made a gingerbread house and it was sooooo dope if i do say so myself. and we even beat alison and nate in the competition!</p> <p>I have converted 2 people to the blog in the last week and I&rsquo;m ecstatic!&nbsp;</p> Thu, 06 Dec 2018 07:00:00 Wed, Dec 05, 2018 <p>Am- 6 with Sam. I had the hardest time warming up this morning. My body felt really tired, and my muscles were not wanting to move, and my gut hurt. Finally started feeling pretty good at 4.5 miles but we had weights so I kept it to 6 miles. Kept the pace pretty slow (although it didn&rsquo;t feel as slow as it was)&nbsp;Partly due to not warming up, but it was also pretty icy for a lot of it. 7:59 avg.&nbsp;</p> <p>Pm- 2 miles easy on the treadmill.&nbsp;</p> <p>Last day for the gym class! Woot woot! Also i finished all my assignments and papers and I only have 4 more tests and looooota to study&nbsp;for. Woohoo!&nbsp;</p> Wed, 05 Dec 2018 07:00:00 Tue, Dec 04, 2018 <p>Am- 2 miles easy down Main Street.&nbsp;I thought it would be colder but it wasn&rsquo;t bad. 7:43 avg</p> <p>Pm- 5 total. 3 with Alison on park loop and&nbsp;2 on Main Street by myself.&nbsp;</p> <p>I&rsquo;ve been feeling really good for the last little bit. I&rsquo;m excited to bump mileage but I&rsquo;m gonna do it smartly. I&rsquo;ve finally figured out how to stay healthy and haven&rsquo;t had anything major happen all year.&nbsp;My goal for track is to keep it that way (and hopefully for a long time). Super pumped for track come January!&nbsp;</p> <p>I&rsquo;m so ready for school to be done. I have 5 tests in the next 8 days. I might just move to the library for a few days. Thought about running til it was 8 degrees, so I pushed it off.&nbsp;</p> <p>Pm- 5 with Sam up canyon. It was a little slow due to the snow on&nbsp;the trail. Last year I avoided running through the snow at all cost, and stuck to the sidewalks,&nbsp;but it was actually pretty fun! It kinda felt like running through the sand, but it was way funner. I felt really tired for the first mile and a half and then we got goin and it was way nice.&nbsp;</p> <p>I slept in a lot a lot a lot this morning. I woke up at 6:30 and went to the bathroom and then slept til 10:45. I haven&rsquo;t been sleeping&nbsp;Super great so it felt nice to actually sleep good.&nbsp;</p> <p>Also sometimes it worries me that This week I went 6-7 miles every day and I feel so tired. And I&rsquo;m supposed to get to 10 a day.&nbsp;&nbsp;But at the same time I thought this when I was at like 4 miles a day haha&nbsp;so I&rsquo;ll be fine. I&rsquo;m getting fitter and I can feel it.
