I started it pretty chill and slowly worked into it. I did the 1.5 miles loop into 8 mile dikes. It was hard this morning. 7:37 avg.&nbsp;</p> Fri, 19 Oct 2018 06:00:00 Thu, Oct 18, 2018 <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Am- weights and 1.5 on the treadmill&nbsp;</p> <p>Paul texted all the people who are in the traveling group who aren&rsquo;t traveling anymore and said we just had a 50% and I knew that the people who are traveling to conference had a workout so I texted Paul and asked if I could please please please go to practice and do the workout and he said yes. So that was dope cuz I really wanted to do it&nbsp;</p> <p>Pm- 8 miles.&nbsp;we had 3x2ks today. It was so good! We were supposed to hit 7:40-8:00 for all. Anyways, me Haley Sam and Brighton started together and Haley was killin the pace but we all just kinda hung on. Finished with 7:15. The next one me and Brighton lead. Once again the pace was fast so the last 2 laps I chilled it out a little. Finished 7:32. The next one sam was dying and I chilled for a sec with her to control the pace a little. But I also was feeling good so I just kinda let go and ran a little faster. I ended up passing Haley and Sam and was behind Brighton and finished in 7:45. It was the best! Never have I been In front of them at the end of a workout and it felt good! 2 cool with Alison.&nbsp;</p> <p>Another quality day. I always looked at older runners and thought they were so so fast (and they were)&nbsp;but I never ever realized how fast some of these younger guys would get.&nbsp;but they definitely proved me wrong and it was seriously soooo fun to watch. Congrats to Scottie the coolest brother ever ever.&nbsp;</p> Wed, 17 Oct 2018 06:00:00 Tue, Oct 16, 2018 <p>2 mile warm, 12x400&#39;s 4 with 2:30, 4 with 2:00, 4 with 90 rest, at race pace. then 4 more at faster than race pace. it was a dope on a rope workout. the best one i have EVER EVER EVER had.
