went to bed at 10:30 Slept in til 8;40 and then did 3 miles easy. My body is tired today. Hopefully this afternoon is a little better 

I have been so tired all day. i came home from class and literally did nothing for 3 hours before we met to run at 2.

ran 6 with brigton and sam behind the rest of the girls. i was exhausted. we averaged 7:53 pace and it was the hardest run ever. both of them thought so too. i was planning on 7 miles but thought it would be less beneficial to do so.
