| | Am- 3.35 miles. Felt great, worked my way Into the run a little bit better today rather than just starting way fast from the get go. It felt good very good and want to try it more often to warm up better. My legs felt better and a great run.
Pm- 8x200's with like 1? Min recover and then 5 min recover on every other. It was good workout and it felt very solid.

Pm- 3.3 miles easy to neon spider ns^3 meeting on our run today. It was a dope run. We are so wierd, but honestly it's runs like today that I feel super close to the team. I love everyone and we are all hhbm's

| | Am- 3.3 easy. Good run, felt great. Just chilled
Pm- warmed up 10 minutes. Just chilled and didn't go as fast with the other girls. I felt good and was in a good mental state. Once the race started I didn't try to push the pace in the beginning. Just chilled for a minute until we got to probably the half mile mark. Then jacey came up to me and said "let's go" and I went with her up to Caroline and Meskerem. I decided then that I wanted to stay on them and keep going. I stuck in probably 3 steps behind them and surged up to Caroline. We battled it out for a little and then I decided I was gonna go get Meskerem. I never got exactly on her, butt stayed it a good mind set and I didn't give in to my brain. I felt so good and I pushed hard in the end. My mile splits were 5:59 and 5:52. My time was 11:52, which is faster than what I ran at state track in the 3200 last year, so that's good. I had a good race and have some good positive vibes and I'm so excited for Nike. EVERY RUN COUNTS

| | Pm- 10 minute tempo with 3x800's. I felt very strong today. Our 8's were 2:57,3:04,2:43. It was supposed to get progressively faster, but we started a teeny too fast. It was a very great workout. We packed very well and I could feel the positive vibes. There were some real cute kids who kept high-fiving us and it was adorable.
Pickle ball at the park. 'Twas rad :)

| | Me, el, Sylvia, jace and Caroline met at the park and ran. It was a great run and we climbed a mountain. Sylvia is the true mountain goat. We just chatted about running and life and it was a grand time
