pm- timed mile. We started decent, maybe a bit slow but by the second lap we were going really strong. on the 3rd lap i got out in front and pushed the pace a little.  I did not hold onto it the last lap, i should have and i just need to go for it! 5:30

pm- 50 minutes total. 15 minute tempo and 100/100's. 10 sets. i felt really good. on the 100's i led  most of them with meskerem and caroline. it was so fun! and it felt better this week than last because they were there to do them with me

pm- 60 long run up green springs. meskerem was being hilarious. then striders and i was only 40 minutes late to work haha.

pm- SUNRISE TIRE HILLS!!! this is my favorite place and i am so happy we did it! we had 12x20 second hills it was the best workout and i loved it

am- beast run! i ran by myself and it was kinda fun to just think. i felt so good and each mile was a little faster. i felt really good and so i did 4 fartleks and it felt so great
