I’m a Sophomore at Southern Utah University on the Cross Country and Track teams. Majoring in Accounting. Pine View High School 2017 grad. I love to run.
Warmup and form mile. Mile warm, 10x400’s at 80ish pace with 90 seconds rest. I felt pretty good and I had a fun time. More fun than I have had in a workout in a long time. Cooled with Sierra

5.5. My butt and hamstrings felt so tight today. I don’t understand. They seriously were so painful it killed me to run. I just want to have a good season
