1.5 mile warm, 7x1000's with 3 min recovery. 3:58, 56, 57, 4:00, 4:04, 04, 04 were my times for each one. we did them in the grass today and it was hard but good. my legs were really tired today. coach was having me work on opening up my stride. i think i was doing a good job of it.
