great run with my dad. did the atkin loop and we kept a good solid pace the whole time. averaged 7:36

Ran by myself this morning cuz I went to the temple with Andi and Naomi. I felt really good and kept a good pace. I threw some pickups to get going a little quicker and tried to finish faster because when i run by myself i struggle with making the lastest the fastest.

Good run with my dad this morning. Did the Atkin loop plus a little extra. I felt great, except the first 5 minutes felt like sleep running. I struggle with waking up at 5:00 but at least I don't have to run by myself.

went with the team today so I could get a work out in. I felt really really really good! I love tempo's so much, also the dirt mile. Warmed up 20 minutes, tempoed 25 and cooled 15. I miss the team so much. Its super weird to not have people keeping me honest except myself. But it's good for me to learn to have to do things on my own if i really want them.
