First day of practice!! Irene and I ran with some of the new girls named Ryan and Kaylee and Sasha and Destiny. It was really fun to get to know them better. We ran 20 minutes with them, at like a 9:30 pace. Then i added on to make it 30. It was a nice run. Felt good, and super excited for xc to start!!

 .5 warm 30 minute grass run with the girls. We were going pretty fast! We got in 3.7 miles! Then we had 8 striders which adds another mileish! Felt good, but hard. So excited for the season

warmup and a 40 minute run felt good but tough today. We started decent speed and kept going stong. In the middle i felt kinda tired, but i kept going and in the end i felt super good. We picked it up going down the hills and it felt nice! Good girls pack today!

warmup and a 45 minute run. At first i was kinda tired, but as we got going i started feeling really good we were hitting about a 8:30 pace most of the time. We ran to Meskerems house to see why she didn't come to running, and she ended up coming out and running back with us. Then Caroline was dying to go see my grandparents farm and their goats, so we ran across the street from meskerems house and went and saw them. It was way fun! then we ran back to the park and stretched and stuff

35 minutes easy with 3x3min fartleks (4.45 miles)

Planned a morning run today at my house. Only a few girls showed which was fine :) we made a nice loop out to staheli farm and back around nichol's peak we packed really well on the fartleks and we all pushed eachother. The last one we started out strong and i felt great! i just kept going up the hill and it was awesome! great rest of the run back, had a very fun time and a delicous panckake breakfast afterwards :)
