Meeting with coach and figured a bunch of stuff out so that’s good. 5 minutes of running and then weights. I can’t do a lot of lower body cuz I’m not allowed yet so that’s annoying so I did what I could. Then 40 on the bike and 50 minutes in the pool at 60%

60 on the bike. My goodness I hate the biking room in the trainers. It is sooo sooo sweaty.   Then I drove to st g for my last pt appointment!! 40 in the pool. 6x4 minutes hard with one minute between. I don’t mind the pool especially if max is there. It’s always fun to talk to him. 5 minutes of running after

10 minutes of running!!! I didn’t run the last 2 days cuz I went to the pt and did these exercises and it made my butt hurt again but it is feeling a lot better. I think it just made it way sore but I didn’t wanna risk anything. 

60 on the bike after mostly with max but Jiraa and Sarah were in there for a while too

its been quite the productive day actually! i did my laundry and washed the dished and cleaned my room and did alot of studying and went on my ten minute run and showered and did some more home work.

My 10 minute run was lovely. the weather is great (the weather is so so bipolar here and its annoying) 

Last night i was just chillin watching a movie and max told me to hurry up and come to the foam dance cuz it was "lit". well he was a liar and just wanted me to show up and i showed up and there was maybe 50 people there, and that is being generous. it was the stupidest dance of my entire life. so me and max and josh hung out and it was actually so fun. probs one of my best nights of college.
