Lots of shakeouts and stuff. Then the 3K. I ran a 10:28 which is a crazy pr. Would convert to about a 11:08 3200 which is wayyyy faster than I’ve ran before. Feeling good and just want to keep rolling!! Kept on Haley for most of it Until the last 2ish Laps.
