Am- 80 minutes//9.5 miles. Best long run ever! We sang a lot and the pickups were really good!! It was so fun! Also I felt down a hill and jacey hit me in the face. 

Pm-20 minutes//2.25 miles on the grass at sandstone. Good run

15 and weights // 1.7

65 minutes/7.6 miles. Warmed to youngster hills and did 3x85 second hills. I felt way good! Then we had 4x800 at CV pace. It was a real good workout for me! I was responding andgot up there in the lead! I felt great. My quads are sore probably from liftingg

Am- 50 minutes and 5.6 miles. Good run. My quads are Sorer than sore from lifting

Am-15 and weights//1.75

Pm- 45 total. 40 minute run//5 miles. and the 6xstriders. Real good run! My legs felt awesome. Then me ad jada practiced some handoffs for the 200 in the medley inside cuz stupid lightning.

am- 20 Minutes 

Pm- 15 warm and then the 1600. I felt a lot better about the 1600 this week. I ran the same time tho cuz it was windy, but I felt good! I ran a 5:33. My legs felt like they were actually pushing and I surged most of the surge zones the first 2 laps, and then I forgot till the last one. I need to practice running looser so that i stay loose in races, and also running on my toes.  Cooled 25 minutes with the girls. 

Me and jada practiced some handoffs and me and Jace. Warmed up 15 more minutes for the medley cuz it was FREEEEEEEEZING! then we raced. Mine and jadas handoff was alright, I think I was going too slow at the start cuz jada caught up real quick, but now I know for next time. The 200 is weird but kinda fun! 

Pm total- 60 minutes//6.75

20 minutes// 2.2 miles of warmupish and then

10 minutes//1 mile of a little more warm cuz they took forever! 

Then the 800 it was real hard  I started real good and had a real good 410  and then I died but now I know for next time. I'm not sure my time
