welllll... i got to go 3 miles today. it didnt feel awful but it really didnt feel great either. i got a massage on saturday. i went to the chiropractor again today. ive talked to literally everyone who knows anything about anything here so i can get better asap. 

i went to weights but didnt lift cuz i couldnt. i just did some weird stretches.

Went to the pool and aqua jogged for 35 minutes afterwards.

I was so excited to get to race the 1500 and 800 this weekend but by the looks of things i probs wont get to go, which is sooooooo beyond frusterating cuz we are finally into a season that is important and i hurt.

welp, back to 0 for a couple days. went to steeple this morning and did all the stretches but my butt/back was wayyy worse this morning and i couldnt run. coach said to work it a little by rolling and stuff, but to chill out a little so it can heal, cuz ive been working it alot and now i need to just rest. 

As the day has gone on it has started to feel better, so that is a definite plus. hopefully i can get feeling better and back to running asap

11 miles on the bike. 50 minutes 


2550 meters aqua jogging  50 minutes total: 15 min warm, 12x85 seconds with 60 seconds recover. Simulation of the workout today on the track 

Ooh ooh! Also my liquid iron came today everyone’s been low on feritin and liquid absorbs better than the pill so now I get to take that. It’s disgusting ps. 

Also I got this Bluetooth converter and now I can listen to real music in my car that’s not the dumb radio stations here

My butt back situation has gotten looots better since yesterday morning. Still no miles and I don’t get to race this weekend, but it feels better and I get to run a mile tomorrow!!! 

30 minutes on the bike. Doing some sort of something similar to 9x400’s and a 3 mile 80% in the pool later
