Last night was the best sleep i have ever had. i slept on alisons couch because i am so sick of sleeping in my hot stuffy no air condidtioned room. then we ran this morning. we just did canyon from her house and it ended up about 5.5 and then we did 10 strides. 

PM- 6 more- 2 with sam and 4 with max. it honestly felt soooo good to get out again. my body was feeling so good and it was just all around and good run. definitley wasnt planning on going 6 more but since i felt good and only went 3 yesterday cuz i was at the dumb instacare for forever, i just kept going and it felt nice
