I am honestly beyond sore today and I have no clue why, started the morning with some yoga to try to loosen up. I may hit a mile shakeout before practice. We’ll see how the after noon goes
Pm- 8 Miles total, 2 Mile warm, 5x500 meter repeats with 3 minutes recovery, and then 3 Miles cool with sam. I felt actually sooo good today! I was consistent and felt great. 94,95,95,98,95. He had me go with the 1500 group today and It was a good time. It’s a good confidence booster to go with them.
