AM- 2.25 super chill 8:06 avg. 

Coach has put me in 3 group messages telling me I was going to mesquite for the workout today, one of which was a group of 3 people who are in the same boat as me-borderline travel. Then yesterday he sent a message to a huge group of us saying we are practicing on our own today. I probably should ask to see what I’m supposed to do, but I really really really want to do the workout so I’m just gonna show up and hope for the best. I do not want to be pushed into the group again that never has practice and never gets to do the workouts, I don’t feel like that benefits me at all. I start to get discouraged and tired of easy runs all the time. I like doing workouts. I’m starting to see improvements and even though I’m not racing, I want to keep trying and doing my best so hopefully I can kill indoor and outdoor. So as long as I can push to be in the practice group, I’m gonna. 

Pm- got to go to mesquite. It was freakin hot. I was melting just in the warmup. 2 mile warm, 2x1000,600,300. We were supposed to do 3 but I was dying. Just jogged with Brighton and Alison afterwards. A lot of people dropped early, so I feel less bad about it, it was just stupid cuz I have had 3 really good workouts but coach wasn’t there for 2 of them and then today was awful. But that’s the first workout all year I haven’t finished and every day can’t be great. Got to 7.75ish
