Warmup and form mile. Mile warm, 10x400’s at 80ish pace with 90 seconds rest. I felt pretty good and I had a fun time. More fun than I have had in a workout in a long time. Cooled with Sierra

5.5. My butt and hamstrings felt so tight today. I don’t understand. They seriously were so painful it killed me to run. I just want to have a good season

My piriformus has been super painful. It keeps pinching the nerve in my butt and shooting wierd pain down my legs and up my back. I got a massage yesterday and it made the world of difference. I am going again next monday to make sure everything is worked out.
