70 minutes on mustang pass with El, Ad, Ry and Macey and coach Holt and Twix. It was a very very long run up some large hills but I made it alive. If we were going any faster Up them I might have died (jk). But it turned out ok and then I added 9 more minutes with addi and Rylee. Then I had to go to the bathroom so I just finished and went home. Then it bothered me that I left it at 69, so I added a minute.

40 minutes total. I ran with Ellie and it was swell! We ran a round the mountain and then ran some on the grass which took 35 minutes. and then we had striders.

50 minutes with Addi, Rylee, Jess, Jacey, Nessa, Martha and Alli June. Martha planned a surprise run for Adelias bday with breakfast at kneaders after. We ran turtle trail and that was a blast. I love that trail. Then We ate kneaders and that was yum also. 'Twas a fun morning. And HAPY BDAY TO ADDI! Now she can date at drive :)

Yay for running with the team again it was real fast but it felt pretty good except my hamstring was really tight and hurting at the end. 50 minutes

20 minute warmup around DI. (2.36) and then the 6 minute test. I didn't feel my best, but I'll get there. My hamstrings were way tight again and they really hurt. I got 1590 and then 19 minute cool (2.18). 45 minutes total and 5.5 miles.

70 minutes with Ellie, Addi, Rylee, Jacey, Ness and coach Holt. We met at mi casa and then we ran around the fields. Then I lost our kindle. So if anyone finds a missing kindle plz tell me. My legs hurt real bad and were very sore from my massage

80 minutes into the fields. My hamstrings were so tight. The tightest ever. I dont know why they get so tight, but it's real annoying. I was having a little bit of a hard time especially on the pickups (4x1:00 w/ 4 min recovery), but I made it.

We didn't go super fast on our run today. Actually pretty slow, but it was much needed. We ran temple quarry trail. My hamstrings felt so much better today and I actually wanted to run today because my legs felt good. 40 minutes

Then we did 5x30 second intervals at 6:20 pace. Then a lap. Then 5x30 second intervals at 6:20 pace again. Then a lap. Then 6x1:00 intervals again. The first 3 at 6:40 pace, the next 3 at 7:00. Then cool down 10 minutes. 'Twas a great workout, nice and pretty chill paces. It was fun

50 minutes and 5.75 miles. Such a fun run. It's runs like today where I remember why I absolutely love running. It was so fun! We just sang the whole time and I love our team

60 minutes and 7.4 miles. 20 minute warm, 25 minute tempo and 15 minute cool. Was a great workout. I love tempos with all of my heart. They are the bestest runs ever! Great workout!

45 and striders. The mostest freezing run of my entire life. It was so fun tho. Ellie got a bloody nose so we ran around the clubhouse for a while

90 minutes//10.6 miles. Very very long run today. I was really struggling. My hamstrings were killing today. Ran to almost Dixie. And then flipped and came back.

Yay! I got to run today. It was pretty slow. I went 30 minutes, but made it 20 minutes before my hamstring started hurting at all!
