I did the whole workout today. 10 warm, 5 tempo. 2 sets of 4x400 and 800 all with equal recovery. I felt real good the first set. After the 800, my legs kinda tightened up but got looser as we started again. At the end of the last 800 they tightened a TON!! I didn't do the striders at the end and just cooled for a while. We'all see how they feel tomorrow. Oh I hope the loosen up. I iced and rolled and rolled and rolled some more. I dont know what else to do. 65 minutes total.
