runathon. Way fun night, best runathon ever! tons of frisbee, hacki sac, and just dance :) 5.25 miles//42ish minutes

20 minute morning/2.25 miles

20 minute warm up and then a 7ish minute race at the desert relays. me, caroline and jace were on a team and we were 2nd! way fun time, not tons of cool, about 5ish minutes. 32 minutes//3.5 miles PV for the boys and girls win!

50 minutes//5.6 miles. i went the lower end of minutes today. my body has been real tired this week. i am sleeping real good this next week and hydrating better and hopefully it will help make a difference

65 minutes//7.1 miles. workout at the region course. definitely not the best workout. i was really struggling. we had a 2000,1600,1200, and 800 at 8k pace and it was really hot, and my body was beat!
