75//7.5 at The trails by DH, it was really fun! We did the last 10 minutes at the elementary school grass. Great run with the best

Am- 20 minutes//2.25 miles

Pm- 55 total 4x1600 was real windy. It was fun tho. My split was 5:39, which is pretty decent

3200 was awesome, we were supposed to pace caroline and Addi to make them qualify. Caroline killed it! She did great! I felt really good too I thought I had a PR, but I didn't by .07 seconds  but that was after another race, so I can't complain!!

75 minutes//9.2 miles best run ever! I felt so good the whole time. We did the parkway loop. We did 5 minute tempo at tempo pace and then a 10 minute tempo at cv pace. We also had 5x30 second hills. Seriously the best run ever! 

20 minutes//2.25 miles. Good run, my legs were really tired
