I was planning on taking it easy today and sleeping in a little, cuz I was super tired last night. But for some reason I woke up at 6:00 and couldnt fall asleep, so I decided to go longer today. Ran down the road with the stake center, out passed george Washington and turned on 2450. Then I looped down by maverick and summit and back to my house. It was a very good run and I felt awesome. Shoutout to the lady that I passed 2 times: once on each side of the mountain. Also my grandma cuz I saw her walking with her friends

Ran with the team again. Went into Hell hole and out toward Sullivan. It was a very dope run and I felt awesome

Went to practice today and ran with the team. Ran Urie and then some grass and striders. I needed to add a little so I did urie again.  That loop is kinda sketch by yourself.

Ran out to summit today and back, i felt pretty decent on the way there, but I never realized it was down hill until I had to go back up it. I gave a good push up the hill and it felt pretty good! My last mile was a struggle today. I do really good keeping up the pace until the last mile. I really need to work on that when I run alone. I do fine when I'm with people, but alone is so much harder.
